Healthy Black Bean Salsa


  • 1 medium can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium can corn, drained
  • Juice of 2-3 limes
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 4-5 green onions, diced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Let sit for about one hour to marinate and soak up the flavors. Serve with baked tortilla chips or tostadas.
