St. Patrick’s Day is almost here, which means McDonald’s is offering it’s Shamrock Shake. Creamy and minty and topped with a swirl of whipped cream, it’s hard to resist.

Unfortunately, that green deliciousness has 530 calories and 15 grams of fat… and that’s just for the small (12 oz.) serving. If you like ’em bigger, the medium shake (16 oz.) has 660 calories and 19 grams of fat, and the large, well, it’ll make you feel fat just looking at it because it contains a whopping 820 calories and 23 grams of fat.

Fortunately, this guilt-free, vegan recipe tastes like the real thing, but with way less fat and calories.
