Makes: 2 servings
- 1 cup unsweetened rice milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 small apple, cored
- juice of ½ lime
- 2 scoops whey protein powder
