Lime Cilantro Dressing

This clean and tangy salad dressing packs a punch (without the fat or calories) with garlic, jalapeno and fresh lime juice.

Lime Cilantro Dressing

Ready in 10 minutes • Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • pinch each cayenne, sea salt, black pepper
  • 1/3 cup water

Optional: To make this Lime Cilantro dressing creamy, add 1/2 avocado.

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients, including avocado if using.
  2. Drizzle 2 tbsp onto salad and store remaining dressing in a jar in the refrigerator.
