Instructions
- 4 oz chicken breast
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 lemon slices
- 1 tsp thyme
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp honey mustard (optional)
Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place chicken topped with garlic, lemon, salt and pepper on parchment paper and fold to seal. Place on a foil-lined tray and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of grains or vegetables.
