Danielle Duffy is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, NPC figure coach and the owner of Danielle Fitness. She has over 12 years of experience teaching, training, managing and directing in the fitness industry.Duffy obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San José State University in 2010 and has been involved in fitness ever since. She went through a massive body transformation, going from 210 lbs postpartum (27% body fat) down to 125 lbs (13% body fat) and has placed in NPC figure competitions.Danielle has lived through what many people go through with a weight-loss challenge. She was able to reach her goal after two years of hard dieting, lifestyle change and work. She carries this drive and passion into her fitness career, training, teaching and coaching people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. “Yes you can!” is a common phrase you will Duffy say to whoever will listen.
