Peachy Protein Milkshake

Makes 1 serving

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup ice
1 peach (pit removed), quartered
1 scoop plain or vanilla whey protein
1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
½ tablespoon pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla protein powder)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place all the ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth.
