Ingredients:

Bottom Layer:

1 scoop SuperPump Max (Black Cherry)

6 oz water

handful of ice (5-6 cubes)

*Middle Layer:

1 scoop GlycoFuse (Orange Mango Twist)

6 oz water

handful of ice (5-6 cubes)

Top Layer:

1 scoop AminoLast (Lemon Ice)

6 oz water

handful of ice (5-6 cubes

*To keep this a calorie-free treat, skip the layer of GlycoFuse.

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients from bottom layer into blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water or ice to get desired texture, then transfer into large cup.

2. Add all ingredients from middle layer into blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water or ice to get desired texture, then add to the top.

3. Add all ingredients from top layer into blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water or ice to get desired texture, then add to the top. Enjoy!
