Increase energy and recovery during the dog days of summer while beating the heat with this quick and easy two-step recipe made with natural caffeine from green-tea extracts.

Ingredients
Bottom Layer:
- ½ scoop HyperAmino (Rainbow Italian Ice)
- 6 oz water
- Handful of ice (5-6 cubes)
Top Layer:
- ½ scoop HyperAmino (Fruit Punch)
- 6 oz water
- Handful of ice (5-6 cubes)
Directions
- Add all ingredients from bottom layer into blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water or ice to get desired texture, then transfer into large cup.
- Add all ingredients from top layer into blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water or ice to get desired texture, then add to the top. Enjoy!
