Sauteed Shrimp and Salad


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 15 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Dash sea salt


  1. In nonstick skillet on medium heat, add oil, shrimp, salt and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes until no longer translucent, turning pinker in color.
