  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 tbsp skim milk
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 slices turkey bacon


  1. Mist a nonstick pan with olive oil spray.
  2. Place on medium-high heat.
  3. Mix milk and eggs and pour into pan.
  4. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until mixture begins to solidify.
  5. Break up with spatula.
  6. Continue cooking until no longer runny.
