This shake is packed full of awesome enzymes. Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that helps digest protein and is also used to treat sports injuries and allergies. Plus, high-fiber mango keeps you fuller for longer and provides an excellent source of carbohydrates for both pre- and postworkout fuel. Lime is high in citric acid, which aids in fat burning. A vegan source of high-quality protein, healthy omega-3 fats and fiber, hemp seeds are a natural appetite suppressant.
