Tropical Tango Smoothie

Packed with delicious tropical fruits this smoothie is perfect for breakfast or a postworkout snack.



  • 1/2 cup mango, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons almonds, sliced


  1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender, except for the almonds. Now, blend until the mixture is smooth. To serve, pour the shake into a glass and sprinkle with almonds.
