Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup raw, unsalted Brazil nuts
  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 20 medium-sized ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender mix nuts, dates, water and vanilla. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
