Chai-spiced Pear Cranberry Shake
Makes 1 serving
8 ounces light cranberry juice
1 Bosc pear, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1. Place all ingredients (except ice) into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings as desired.
2. Add ice to achieve desired thickness.
