Swiss researchers report in the journal of Psychopharmology that when healthy volunteers drank a whey-based drink with 27.5 grams of green tea extract their working memory improved. Why? According to the study, the green tea extract helped make the connections in the part of the brain that regulates our working memory more pliable.
