Lime and Cilantro Fish Marinade



  • 4 limes, sliced and seeded
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 jalapenos, seeded
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
  • 8 or 9 white fish fillets


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together, except the fish, for 30 seconds. Then pour the mixture over the fish fillets and let them marinate in the fridge overnight in a covered container. Remove the fish from the sauce and broil it in the oven for two minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
