Low-Fat Garlic Baked Chicken

Instructions

  • 4 oz chicken breast
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard (optional)

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place chicken topped with garlic, lemon, salt and pepper on parchment paper and fold to seal. Place on a foil-lined tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with your choice of grains or vegetables.
