• Naturally delicious: Peaches are frozen at the peak of their summer ripeness, so you can store them in your freezer for use any time you want a taste of summer. Adding frozen peaches to your smoothies is a great way to load up on potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C.

• A taste of maple: Try using a little bit of maple syrup as a sweetener in your homemade smoothies. Studies have shown that it possesses a range of anti-aging antioxidants.

• Nutty truth: Using almond butter in your smoothies adds creaminess and good amounts of heart-healthy monounsaturated fat. Almond butter has been shown to help elevate levels of healthy HDL cholesterol, which is known for its role in fending off heart disease.
