Raspberry Lemonade Protein Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 serving
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- ½ cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup sugar-free pink lemonade or water
- ice (if desired)
Add whey protein and milk to blender. Pulse until combined. Then add raspberries, lemon juice and pink lemonade (or water). Blend until well-combined. Enjoy!
