For OC5, we have two of the most incredible, female-forward coaches of all time — lifetime athlete and CrossFit Games champion Camille LeBlanc-Bazinet and All-American track competitor and body-positive trainer Amber Dodzweit Riposta. Each has designed a transformative 90-day training and nutrition program exclusively for Oxygen that will awaken your inner athlete, buoy your spirit and empower your life.
Coach Amber and coach Camille lead you every step of the way through three months of detailed programming, enabling you to get a body that looks and performs like a boss! The workouts progress logically and safely, pushing you to excel and achieve the best results possible in the minimum amount of time.
Though each has her own unique style, their workouts are similar in that they are composed of high-octane, total-body routines that use compound functional movements as well as bodypart- focused finishers to target specific areas.
