Sugar-Free Keto Snowball Cookies

These guilt-free cookies make for a delicious holiday treat that you'll be craving all year round.



  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup organic butter (chopped)
  • 1 cup chopped or sliced almonds
  • ½ cup Swerve confectioners


  1. Blend flour, egg, vanilla extract, butter and almonds in a blender or food processor.
  2. Shape dough into cookie-sized balls and place on an oven-safe tray.
  3. Bake on 350 F for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll in Swerve confectioners to taste.
  5. Let cool and enjoy.
