I know music is a very personal choice, especially during workouts. For me, I like music that matches the intensity I’m looking to achieve with my workout. A lot of times for flows, I’ll choose something like house music from Kygo — something that’s got some brightness to it and ups and downs. When I’m in the mood to “beast it out,” I’ll choose pop hits — like from Pink. I also love old-school tunes like Dr. Dre and maybe some AC/DC to pump myself up.

When it comes to breathwork, I try to choose music that doesn’t have any words — such as singing bowls. And when I go on my daily walks, I like to listen to binaural beats or “power nap”-type music. Finally, when I sleep, I tend to listen to ocean waves.

As you can see, I’m all over the place when it comes to music — and that’s what works for me. I think if you just go with the intensity of the way you want to feel, then you’re always going to be on the right track.
