Congratulations, you’ve completed the five-minute plank quest! You can now out-plank most of the universe. The benefits of this quest are as follows:
- A stronger core, aka improved performance in sports and in the gym/lifting
- Better endurance
- Maybe most importantly, improved mental fortitude
Now that you have the endurance, there’s always room for practicing variations and earning your Badassery Badge. Remember: No matter what type of plank, make sure you remember the vital form tips that you’ve learned within the quest. The best kind of plank is an injury-free plank.
