Setup: Lie facedown on the floor, arms extended overhead, head and spine neutral.
Move: Lift your upper body and legs off the floor (keeping your head neutral — no arching!) and sweep your arms around behind your lower back. Clasp your hands together and straighten your arms, pressing your knuckles toward your heels and lifting your upper body as high as you can without arching your neck. Hold for two breaths, then release your hands, sweep them back overhead and lower to the floor to complete one rep. Do three sets of eight reps.
