Alternating Knee Drive with a Hop

Assume a split stance with your right foot forward and your weight in your right leg. Keep your chest lifted as you drive your left knee forward to hip height and explode off your right leg into the air. Land softly and extend your left leg behind you, just lightly touching down before going into the next rep. Swing your arms in opposition to maintain balance. Do all reps on one side, then switch.
