Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball with both hands at your right shoulder. Bend your knees and hips slightly to load up, then quickly extend them as you press the ball overhead and to the other side. Immediately bend your hips/knees and go into the next rep. Continue, alternating sides.
