Around-the-World Lunge

Stand with your feet together, arms at your sides. Take a large step forward with your right leg and bend both knees to lower into a lunge. Push off your front foot and return to center. Then take a large step to the side with your right leg, bending your right knee while keeping your left leg straight. Push off your right foot and return to center. Take a large step to the rear with your right leg and bend both knees to lower into a lunge. Push off your right foot and return to center. Now step back with your left foot and lower into a lunge; return to center. Then step to the side in a lateral lunge; return to center. Finally, step forward into a lunge and return to center to complete one rep.
