Banded One-Arm Cross-Body Row
Assume a wide split stance with your right foot on top of a resistance-band loop, left leg extended behind you. Place your right hand on your right thigh and hold the other end of the loop with your left hand. Hinge forward from your hips slightly, back straight, and hold here as you drive your left elbow rearward, keeping your arm in close to your side. Slowly return to the start. Repeat all reps on one side, then switch.
