Banded Overhead One-Arm Triceps Extension

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance-band loop in your right hand. Extend your right arm overhead and reach your left hand behind you and between your shoulder blades to grasp the other end of the loop. Hold your left hand firm as you extend your right arm until it’s straight, then slowly lower to the start under control. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
