Start in a high-plank position with your hands just outside your shoulders and your head, hips and heels aligned. Bend your elbows, and when you’re about halfway to the floor, place your knees down and lower the rest of the way. As you extend your arms, also extend your legs so you’re back in a high plank at the top.
