Stand in front of a box or bench with your feet hip-width apart. Place your hands on the edge of the box and jump your feet behind you to come into an incline plank, with your head, hips and heels aligned. Quickly jump your feet back underneath you, then swing your arms forward and jump onto the box, landing softly. Step back down one foot at a time, then repeat.
