Abductor Machine (or hip circles at home) 15
Weighted Walking Lunge 15
Dumbbell Goblet Squat 15 (each leg)

Pro tip: Most injuries occur because of poor form, and most poor form comes from trying to lift a load that is too heavy, so watch your weight, especially with the walking lunges.
