Candice Lewis-Carter’s Defining Leg Circuit

This sample leg circuit is from week six of Candice Lewis-Carter’s Next-Level Lifting program. Follow the exercise chart below in straight set format, completing all reps of one exercise before moving to the next.

Box Jump 20
Single-Leg Dumbbell Deadlift 20 (each leg)
Single-Leg Machine Press 20 (each leg)
Romanian Deadlift 20

If you don’t have access to a gym, substitute the single-leg machine press for single-leg wall squats (20 seconds per leg).
