|Dumbbell Step-Up||20 (each leg)|
|Single-Leg Dumbbell Deadlift||20 (each leg)|
|Single-Leg Machine Press||20 (each leg)|
If you don’t have access to a gym, substitute the single-leg machine press for single-leg wall squats (20 seconds per leg).
