Lie faceup on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor and your back arching naturally. Hold the ends of a single dumbbell with both hands directly above your chest with your arms straight. Shift the dumbbell back a little over your forehead, then hold your upper arms steady as you bend your elbows to lower it toward your head. Extend your elbows to return to the start.
