Lie faceup on a flat bench with your feet flat on the floor and your back arching naturally. Hold a dumbbell in each hand over your shoulders with your palms facing forward. Bend your elbows and lower the weights down and to the sides until your arms make 90-degree angles at the elbow, then reverse the steps to return to the start.
