Incline Close-Grip Press/Fly Combo
Set an incline bench to about 30 degrees, and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms perpendicular to the floor, palms facing inward. Keep your arms in close to your sides as you bend your elbows and lower the weights toward your shoulders. Extend your arms and press them back to the start. Then bend your elbows slightly, opening your arms to the sides and lowering the weights to about shoulder height. Bring them back to the start to complete one rep.
