Kettlebell Alternating Lunge and Passthrough

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a kettlebell in your right hand at your side. Take a large step forward with your right foot and bend both knees to lower into a lunge. As you lower, pass the kettlebell underneath your right leg to your left hand. Push off your right foot and return to the start. Repeat, lunging with your left leg and passing the kettlebell from your left to right hand. Continue, alternating sides.
