Kettlebell One-Arm Bent-Over Row

Assume a wide split stance with your right leg forward and hold a kettlebell in your left hand. Hinge forward from your hips with your back straight and place your right hand on your right thigh for stability. Drive your left elbow up and back to pull the kettlebell up toward your rib cage. Lower slowly to the start. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
