Kettlebell Reverse Lunge Open and Close

Hold a kettlebell with both hands at your chest, elbows down, and stand with your feet hip width apart. Take a large step behind you with your left foot into the top of a lunge, then open your left leg to the left side and turn your body to the left. Reverse these steps to return to the start. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
