Lateral Cone Hop/Speedskater (Another Angle)

Place two cones in front of you about 4 feet apart and stand behind the right-hand cone. Push off your right foot and leap laterally to the left, swinging your arms to the left side as you land on your left leg and bend your knee and hip. Reach down with your right hand to touch the cone and swing your right leg behind you, then explode to the right off your left foot and repeat to the other side. Continue, alternating sides.
