Lateral Kettlebell Lunge (Left Hand)
Stand with your feet together and hold a kettlebell in your left hand at your side. Take a large step out to the side with your right leg and, keeping your chest lifted, push your hips back and bend your right knee so it tracks over your toes while keeping your left leg straight. Reach the kettlebell toward the floor between your feet, then push off your right foot and return to standing. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
