Resistance Band Bent-Over Two-Arm Row (+close up of foot wrapping technique)
Wrap a resistance band securely around both feet and grasp the handles with your palms facing inward. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hinge from your hips and fold forward until your upper body comes about 45 degrees to the floor. Hold here as you drive your elbows up and back to pull the handles in toward your ribcage. Slowly lower to the start.
