Resistance-Band Upright Row: With Talking Tips

Stand with both feet on a resistance band spaced about hip-width apart and cross the handles in front of you, taking one in each hand. Hold the handles at your thighs with your palms facing rearward. Drive your elbows up and back to pull the handles along the front of your body until they come to about shoulder height. Pause briefly, then lower to the start.
