Stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides. Crouch and place your hands on the floor in front of you and jump your legs behind you to come into plank so your head, hips and heels are aligned. Jump your feet underneath you and to the outside of your hands, and stay low with your knees and hips bent as you lift your torso upright and raise your hands in front of your chest. Replace your hands and repeat.
