Kneel behind a stability ball and place your elbows on top with your hands clasped together. Press down into the ball with your elbows as you hinge forward and roll the ball away from you, extending your hips as you go as low as you can with the aim to make a straight line from head to knees. Press down into the ball and roll it toward you by contracting your abs and lifting your hips and sitting back.
