Lie face up on a stability ball with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hips lifted to align with your shoulders and knees. Extend your arms over your chest and press your palms together. Moving your upper body as one single unit, sweep your arms in an arc down to the right side, turning your upper body and rolling the ball underneath you. Return to the center and continue, alternating sides.
