Assume a wide split stance with one foot forward and one back, and hold a kettlebell bottom-up in front of your chest with both hands, elbows down. Keep your chest lifted as you bend both knees and drop straight down toward the floor until both knees and hips make 90-degree angles. Extend your knees and hips to come back to the start and drop right down into the next rep on the same leg.
