Stationary Lunge With Resistance Band: With Talking Tips

Assume a wide split stance with a resistance band looped underneath your forward foot. Hold the handles in front of your chest with your palms facing inward, then open your arms to the sides so your hands are by your ears with your palms facing forward. Bend both knees and lower into a deep lunge, then extend your legs to return to the start. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
