Weighted Lateral Lunge With Abductor Lift
Stand with your feet together and hold a dumbbell with both hands at your chest, elbows down. Keeping your chest lifted, take a large step out to the side, push your hips back and bend your right knee so it tracks over your toes while keeping your left leg straight. Push off your right foot, and as your left leg straightens, extend your right leg and lift it to the side. Replace your right foot and go right into your next lunge. Complete all reps on one side, then switch.
